5 stars because I never had a issue with this location. My meal is always right. It tastes fresh and good. I’ve always had issues at places like Taco Bell but TJ nails it every time. The staff are always nice at the window.

Gave me one incorrect item and left one out completely. Bad service started with manager Kim at window who was short with me after telling her to have a good day. Went in to fix issue even offering to pay difference and got no apology. Lacks customer service and Kim shouldn’t work drive through line

The food was awful. There is no polite way to put this. The service also took a significant amount of time even when ordering ahead in the app. I said at the drive-thru for about 15 minutes, first in line and completely alone. But I did sincerely appreciate that while I was waiting at the drive-thru I did see them thoroughly cleaning, and that’s always a good sign when you visit a restaurant. It’s a shame I won’t be back to this location though because the food was soggy and over-saturated with sauces. I’m sure some people would like that but I did not. Potato Oles were simultaneously overcooked and cold. I’m going to guess that maybe they were sitting out for quite a while. The salad dressing tastes sour in a way that it should not have, and the salad didn’t have any of the ingredients that were supposed to be on it including paid for extras.

Went through drive-thru today and it was a great experience! The cashier was super professional and my order was perfect, the soft tacos and potato oles were delicious.

The food at this particular restaurant is always great! Even on taco Tuesday the tacos are stuffed full and made fresh.

Fast, friendly service. Neither the food nor the atmosphere are fancy, but that’s not the expectation when going through a drive-thru for tacos:)

No doubt this is the best Taco John’s location in the Omaha metropolitan area. I wish it was closer to the growing Gretna area. But excellent nonetheless.

Visited this location in the drive-thru. Staff was short and obviously was annoyed to even take my order. All six tacos looked as shown in photo. Potato oles had been put back in fryer and recooked. (Told that by employee bc I asked for no seasoning on them. Rest of order showed a lack of care or a lack of training by management. When calling to talk about the situation with manager on duty. Was told “If i was looking for better customer service. I shouldn’t dine at a fast food restaurant.” I will not be back to this location.

Just bought an order of the new “chicken fingers” which should be re-classified as “popcorn chicken.” I cannot believe they think charging $6.59 for this is acceptable. I don’t plan on visiting Taco Johns ever again.
