Three life-long friends opened Aioli Gourmet Burgers with one common goal: to deliver a quality product to hungry people throughout the valley. What began as a single food truck in Phoenix eventually grew into three, and popular demand has lead to the full-blown brick-and-mortar that Aioli is today. We set up shop where we grew up: right on 32nd Street and Shea. Now, whenever our neighborhood is in the mood for a juicy burger, a fresh salad, or a refreshing shake, our food truck, storefront, and full-scope catering services offer something for everyone to enjoy.

This burger place is located inside the Fry’s at Camelback and Litchfield Rd. Upside was offering cash back, so I decided to check it out and was very pleased with everything. I had the classic aioli burger and the loaded fries. The burger was nicely cooked and very juicy and the thousand island aioli had a great flavor. The loaded fries had a lot of toppings, all of which mixed together for a great tasting side. I’ll definitely eat here again and have already suggested it to a few people.

First time getting food from here and I’m quite disappointed. Got Carne asada taco combo with side of rice, fries, and elote. Carne Asada was ok, not much meat for how much they charge for it though. But the rice. Rice is absolutely disgusting. Took 1 bite and threw it away. No flavor, mushy but crunchy at the same time (not sure how that’s even possible?) and looked like it’s been sitting out for 2 days. Fries were cold and soggy by the time I got home, since they pack it in plastic container that traps all the condensation. Elote was good, but didn’t expect them to be deep fried. Overall, $20 for barely edible food is not worth it. Especially from grocery store food court.

Ordered online and scheduled a pick up at the Fry’s store. They have a pick up line, but it wasn’t manned due to the lunch time rush. They were really busy, so we had to wait in the order line. If you order online, they have a coupon for free fries which is a nice bonus as we were planning on ordering fries anyway. However, when we got home, Aioli’s forgot to pack fries with our to-go order. Ugh. We didn’t bother going back or calling as the burgers were starting to cool down from the wait to pick up our scheduled order. We also bought a strawberry lemonade and a regular lemonade in mason jars. The strawberry lemonade was especially good. Probably not going back as it wasn’t the best customer service experience. Decent food though.

Don’t order online! To order you have to go through Storefront by Doordash. They took my money, but the store never got the order. Doordash keeps saying the store canceled my order. Even though the store never received it. Now Doordash is saying my money has been refunded but it hasn’t. And I’m still hungry.

My husband and I go here often. The aioli burger is my favorite. But. It seems like the cooks can’t take a correct order for the life of them. I ask for no onions and doesn’t fail that I get onions still. Out of all the times we have gone here I can count on 1 hand that I have gotten my burger correct. If you go here. Check your food before leaving the building.

We hired the Aioli food truck for our wedding this November and it was a HIT! Everyone got to order their burger and fries of choice made fresh. Even our vegetarian was super satisfied with his Beyond Meat burger! We had less than 55 people at our event and everyone was served quickly, even with just one truck server. He also helped us out by cutting our cakes (Nothing Bundt Cakes) before he left!

I order through DoorDash. I ordered regular fries and sweet potato fries with ranch and aïoli sauce. Both of my orders of fries were cold and soggy, The sweet potato fries were burnt and even tasted burnt, the bacon on my burger was not fully cooked I received no ranch and no aïoli sauce and no condiments. I spent $25 for horrible food. The only thing that was actually good was the burger and I ordered cannolis and they were also warm. I probably will not eat here again.
