We never had issues but this time I was unsatisfied. We ordered a lg pizza with 8 pc parmasean bone in wings but 6 arrived. Soon as the delivery girl left & I noticed 6 pc, I called & spoke with someone & they said in exchange they will come back with correct Amt. After 30 min I called to see what was taking so long & male supervisor told me that the bone in does not come with 8 pc only the boneless. What I don’t appreciate is that it took me to call back! No one was thinking of calling me to communicate this! So, I’m just waiting on nothing! Poor communication & poor customer service!

Weirdest pizza hut ever! First no menu. I mean NOWHERE! I asked for one and the kids looked at me like I was growing a second head! I don’t work at or live near a pizza hut. I do not have the menu memorized! Then after ordering a $25 dinner box, total came up to almost $55 and when I brought the receipt to the manager asking what happened, she acted offended that I even wanted to talk to her and was rude. Glad we’ll never have to go here again! We feel sorry for anyone who does!

Cooking With A Purpose
We love this location on Commission Road in Long Beach! Very down to earth, friendly and respectful staff. This location is always clean. When you order and they tell you 15 minutes, you can bet your money it’s 15 minutes. The food is always fresh and on point. We have never had a problem with our order or food. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Don’t order dip or extra marinara. They upped the price to 75 cents each and often like to short you on them and then argue with you about it.

Tony is my new hero! Thank you for listening and fixing a mistake that was not your store’s fault. I will ever use the Pizza Hut app again! It has messed up my order twice and corporate customer service came up with every excuse in the book to not help. I got the run around for 15 minutes. We waited over an hour and a half for our pizza, for me to call and them say to me “it was marked as carryout, so heres what I can do for you: I can remake your pizza and send it out right away and discount your next order, or cancel your order, we are cleaning the store.” Before I could finish saying “please just remake our pizza” I was cut off with “come on come on let’s go.” Not the first bad experience from this place either. If your really hungry just please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Change the attitude of the employees. Especially the young girl who was inappropriately dressed with her exposed midriff and leggings that are not pants. She was down right rude when she initially spoke to me. The manager said it was not true that I saw two employees in front of the door smoking a cigarette while I sat there and waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence. I did curbside. I checked in as the sign said. And sat there 10 minutes to then be served a pizza out of the warming box. If my pizza was ready when I got there why did I have to wait so long? The managers attitude was not the greatest either. They offered me the pizza but did not offer to remake it until I asked them. The pizza itself was great. Plenty of toppings. Crust could’ve been cooked another moment. Very slightly undercooked. Great taste though.
