Staff is always friendly. Never super busy. The food is always great however extremely overpriced regarding the quantity. You’re absolutely paying for quality. For example, the Family Pack comes with choice of 2 meats, 3 large sides, and 6 small rolls OR slices of Texas Toast (which is a new addition and you’ll have to ask for them as a option), no drinks included for about $62 not including gratuity (we paid $75 with no drinks). The amount of meat you’ll get is weighed and is enough to feed 4 adults with maybe some left over. The “large” sides really should be considered medium in my opinion. You might be able to feed 4 adults but you definitely won’t have any left over. The rolls are very small and dry, be sure to opt for the Texas Toast but I was told they’re not suppose to offer it so you’ll have to tell them your preference. Be sure to download the app as you’ll automatically get a free Classic Pulled Pork Sandwich and scan in the QR code from your in-store receipt or you can place your order directly from the app. The reward points do add up quickly and there’s a nice selection of options to redeem them on. I have also found deals on Groupon so check there as well. Overall, if you’re only dining for yourself or for 2, it’s not terribly costly. If you’re a family of 4 or more, be prepared to pay quite a bit.

1/10 I DO NOT recommend. This place was not good. Well, the food I ordered was not good. I ordered the Rib combo and an extra side of green beans. There was no onions or bacon in my green beans as it is stated in the description. The mashed potatoes taste like it came out a packet from the store. The ribs were bland and needed seasoning. My loaded potato I ordered to go was not even fluffed out before adding all the toppings. I wouldn’t go back.

My friend chose this place fire lunch and I didn’t expect much. However, the food was fresh and SO delicious. The toasted bread was fresh and paired perfectly with the tender & flavorful pulled pork, and the spicy sauce was one of the best I’ve ever had. The cole slaw was really good too. I was impressed and we’ll definitely go here frequently in the future.

Took them a while to acknowledge me in the not so big restaurant that was pretty much empty… a manager saw me come in, said nothing, made eye contact with me at the counter, bugged his eyes, then walked away – unfriendly environment, I almost left in frustration. The cook was a little better , and the food was not bad.

I placed an online order which was quick and easy. I ordered the brisket sandwich with drink and ribs. Outside and inside was clean of debris, it was moderately busy inside, I let employee know I was there for pick up, employee was polite. Pricing was okay but for the portion of ribs I would’ve liked meatier ribs. The ribs were good but on the dry side, I asked for once spicy sauce and one sweet sauce on side, unfortunately I received 2 spicy. The beef brisket sandwich was absolutely phenomenal, juicy, flavorful, and tender. I would absolutely recommend that brisket to everyone. Overall good experience, not the best ribs, but I will go back to try different dishes.

Friendly staff but the sides were very bland. We had the brisket and chicken sandwich which were both tender and seasoned well. The sides however were plain, no seasoning, no indications that it was even cooked. I should’ve known this place wasn’t going to meet my expectations, I stopped by during mid day Saturday and no one was there but the employees.

We ordered catering for almost 100 people – it was very disappointing that our catering order was 35 minutes late and no heads up from Dickeys at all! I called the store without answer and then on my second call I had an employee hang up on me when I was asked for an ETA. When the food arrived, it was somewhat lukewarm, but our employees actually really enjoyed the food – not sure we will be ordering again due to late delivery and customer service of this location.

How on gods green earth is there only 2 employees here on a Friday night? No Manager in the building?!? as a 11 year veteran of restaurant management, I would hope I would’ve gotten fired if I left two employees here by themselves. Brittney is doing all she can with zero help from the other employee. She deserves a raise! Thank God your food is fantastic. I might never go back.
