As we were passing thru Winnfield on vacation we decided to call in our order and pick it up at the window. Pizza was ready when we drove up and the lady at the window was very professional. I have to say it’s one the best cooked Pizza Hut Pizzas we have had. We were very pleased.

Employer are extremely rude on the phone and as they are the windows. I’ll never come back. If they don’t like their jobs they leave because there are other always wanting to to take your place. And the public and other business owners would appreciate.

Pizza dough was raw in the middle of the pizza. It looked cooked from the top but the dough was softer than play dough in a large section of the middle of the pizza.. some of it was cooked correctly near the edges and was good but with this being the second visit in a row I have gotten a raw pizza I will not be going back until I get confirmation that the oven is back working correctly. Also the online ordering price was broken. I had to change my pizza deal to get the extra cheese to be $2 like the option showed as it was over $3 when I selected large specialty pizza.

This place is great and the pizza is wonderful. The service is very courteous, definitely friendly. FYI, I am basing this review on the current staff, not how it was in previous years. My pizzas here recently are very close to perfect, the toppings are correct and cover the pizza enough to get some in each bite. Also, the pizza’s are not burnt or overcooked, but my favorite part is that they actually put enough sauce on the pizza now, it is not dry like it used to be, and to me that makes a pizza. Great job to the staff, keep it up.

Very bad attitude at the window tonight!! And for 2 large pizzas at $35.16 I could have and will start driving to Natchitoches just to get our pizzas !! Winnfield la pizza hut is horrible!! They will never get my family’s service again!! The girl at the window was just awful attitude!!

We put in our order of two large pizzas and breadsticks, waited 30 minutes to come pick it up. When we got here, we waited another 40 minutes, and it still needed “a few more minutes”. People were receiving wrong orders ahead of us, getting refunds, and waiting extended periods of time. The one family who wanted to dine-in left, since no one came to serve them.

Wait time to get order was 45 minutes. Staff told different stories first acted like couldn’t find my order, then was told pizza were done being cut, then was told in oven. Asked repeatedly how long until order would be done, staff avoided answering question, just kept asking me to pull up to wait explain to them had been 35 minutes since order was placed. Finally manager told me in oven would be ready in 8 minutes had to pull up and still waited another 10 minutes. When brought to car staff was rude, never apologized for wait or said thank you. Very sorry service for pizza hut
