We were here for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I thought the food was great, especially for so many dishes at once. The salmon was cooked perfectly. I’m sure a regular dinner in the restaurant would be very good. If you’re just coming through town, aren’t feeling adventurous, and want to stay in the hotel you’ll get a good meal here!

The food wasn’t so great. Tasted very processed. But the server was good, all by herself

Never disappointed when eating at Oscar’s. Great service, good food and never a wait to be seated. It is a little pricey compared to some of the other restaurants in the area, but it never disappoints us. We eat here often when visiting Portsmouth.

Burger tasted fine my daughter liked her meal as well. Fries were good. I would have ordered dessert but they were having the waitress do double duty and she never came back so when the other person finally did show up I just asked for the check. We both really like the fried zucchini sticks appetizer.

Oscar’s is a great place to have breakfast after spending the night in the attached Holiday Inn. I was there on a Monday morning and the restaurant was not busy. The waiter was attentive. I had the Western Skillet prepared as an omelette with orange juice. The food was great. Overall, a great start to the day!

The atmosphere is great! I absolutely loved being there. However, the food is definitely premade freezer food and poor quality. It’s been a long time since I’ve ate low quality food like that. My family and I had ate there for dinner and we all woke up with severe stomach pain. Also, I had ordered a mixed drink from their specialty menu. It was called cherry blow pop. It looked fantastic but it was bad tasting. I think it just wasn’t the righ proportion. And she had added something that tasted like chocolate which didn’t blend well. The place has so much potential and I was looking forward to their food and especially their drinks. I feel a bit let down
