No customer service. Someone stole our chicken that we ordered online. We were told to figure out how to request refund online. We were told we would have to reorder and repay for food even though we didn’t get first order. The staff were awful blaming us even though they had on camera person taking chicken and fellow customers who witnessed it. They told us “We don’t want your type here anyway.” these nonsensical policies. Far from have it your way. The only good thing was the food. It was delicious. The service was the exact opposite.

Great place to stop for a bite to eat. We visited this store numerous times during our vacation. The food was hot, fresh and the online pickup option was quick and convenient. Clean restrooms and great service. The staff does a good job of maintaining the store.

Gross. I only order kfc once a year cuz the salt content will kill a moose. Went there tonight. Yikes! Black girl scooping mashed potatoes made it clear she didn’t want to be there. Resting her dirty breast on the counter with her filthy shirt mentioning the “F”word every few seconds. Went to use the men’s room but it was locked. So I waited. They don’t have paper towels, they have a high pressure hand dryer you can hear to Buzzards Bay! (Not literally). Never heard that dryer go on. He didn’t wash his hands. Skinny guy with premature grey hair that looked skittish as a mouse. Got my order and told the cashier my concerns. She was friendly but didn’t know what to do. Though she probably didn’t have the power to do nor say anything.

This was my first time every trying KFC and I was glad to enjoy the first meal at a location with such a respectful cashier. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, and a small Pepsi. The Pepsi wasn’t flat at all, and the spicy chicken sandwich was very good and filled with chicken. The seating was very clean. I recommend this location.

Went there with my family and got food and 5 drinks and the drink machine had no carbonation. Asked for a refund either the girl told me she couldn’t I told her she had to send Got the manager policy and told him manager the soda machine does not work he stated it does work I informed him it was out of combination he said I know but the machine still works. Informed him he needs to put a out of order he informed That they would just close the lobby with a bad attitude and a older gentlemen thanked me for speaking up and the manager said to the older gentleman what do you say with a bad attitude to him and he told him I wasn’t talking to you and he gave him a bad attitude as well. Don’t visit this KFC if you’re smart.
