We have been going to this Chipotle location for nearly eight years now. Recently, (in the past year and a half or so), we had several bad experiences, so bad that we quit going to this location. I even tried contacting management to address the issues. After today’s visit, it seems like things are heading back in the right direction. Today, as it was for the first six years, the service was great, the food was delicious and the portion size was good again. I love Chipotle and I really hope this visit means we are back to being regulars at this location. BTW, all the guys who served me my food were cool and 2/3 had ‘staches that were ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Only go here if you like small portion sizes. I went here today after a few months off hoping they had gotten better, but no. My food wasn’t even to the side of the bowl. Pathetic.

If I could give zero I would. I’m beyond livid. The people working here give zero F’s about food quality. They slop everything together. So when I got home and lifted my bag The whole bottom was soaked. So all of its contents went all over me and my car. I live in the country. So I had to make a special trip to town to get this food. So now I’m out food and gas and I’m gonna have to clean my car.

I am never going to order from chipotle although I love chipotle. It has happened thrice, they keep adding a single piece of meat in my vegetarian bowl. This is disgusting. Chipotle has lost the trust. I am vegan, I literally wasted 11$ on a bowl thrice.

I just ordered a bowl and the amount of hot sauce that the guy put on it was not normal. I couldn’t even finish my bowl, I barely touched it. In top of that they put very little rice and beans and they didn’t have lettuce but that’s fine. I’m mad because of the insane amount of hot sauce and very little amount of rice and beans. This is not the first time that I have problems with this chipotle. I would like someone give me a solution. Thank you

The staff here in Marysville went above and beyond the standard service. Very friendly and helpful, even with a “no cheesr” evening, they more than made up for that unfortunate situation. They were a welcome end to my family’s busy day!! Thank you for making a takeout experience so positive!!!!

My burrito was so full it didn’t close. She wrapped it in foil twice like that solved the problem. The point of a burrito is to be able to hold it while you eat. If I wanted to eat with a fork, I would get a bowl.

This Chipotle is just way too small for this town and the business they receive. I frequent this location, not as much as before. Quality of product is not always fresh, store is not clean, and always out of products from salsa, meats, and vinaigrette dressing or chips. This location needs to get the right management in this location and turn it around. Better off going to Dublin for Chipotle.
