I had dinner from Canecutters while traveling for work. 1000 out of 10! Everything about it was perfect. Perfectly cooked catfish, and even though I got it to go, the coleslaw was still cold and everything else was warm. That’s big for me. The peach cobbler was incredible and staff was super nice and helpful. I’ll be back every time I’m in town.

We dined in the evening after my granddaughters softball game, and it was excellent. The service was great, and so was the food. I recommend Canecutter’s to everyone who loves home-cooked meals.

So when you come through Demoplis between 10:30–1:00pm ya better stop! I get excited when I have to go to Mississippi and have time in my travel to make lunch here. NEVER had a bad meal or service! The ribs are off the chain, the brisket sandwich when available is amazing and so is everything else. The food is great but the owner and his staff make the a hometown favorite! The waitress make me feel at home every time I come by. Support this place! You won’t be disappointed

Delicious food good service! My only objection us the 4 percent add on if you use a card! I know some places are doing that but we are told not to use cash and then if you use a card they charge a fee! I’m thinking this is not right or fair so we will choose to go to places that do not charge you for using a card!
