Tried this place for lunch and we’re pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal and the appealing decor. Service was also very friendly and accommodating. The newly remodeled handicap bathroom was well done and very clean. We will definitely be back here!

We had the Walleye special with walnuts etc. It intrigued us as it sounded very out of the ordinary. As a result it was a surprise and very tasty. Great special and we would recommend it highly. Nice job. This was our very first time dining here. It will not be our last… If you’re looking for a great small family dining experience with white table cloth menu and good old middle class budgets, this is the place to go. This was some of the worst food I’ve ever had in the Illinois valley at a restaurant. My pasta looked like soup. The chicken was just huge chunks plopped in the pasta. Disgusting. My fiancés steak was frozen and his potato was not cooked. Waitress didn’t even ask how our meal was (probably because she knew it was horrible) we paid our $100+ bill..would have been better off going to Applebee’s. Not sure how this place has so many good reviews.

They claim they have the “best steak in the world” according to their menu. If I was a betting man, I would bet my life savings that my steak was previously frozen. No seasoning, tough ribeye.

The new decor is very upscale! The food was fabulous! Highly recommend the Pecan Crusted Chicken, plus the New York Cheesecake. Best desserts around. Great service, friendly staff! Cheers with my favorite chocolate mint martini!

The food was great. Appetizers came out fast and hot. We ordered 2 17oz ribeyes and they were perfect. My wife’s was 2x the size of mine though so kinda felt a little down lol. Death by chocolate for dessert was awesome as well…
