I just want to say on how good this hungry howies is. The pizza was very good, breadsticks and BBQ wings. The wings were amazing they literally smothered it with BBQ suace and that was the first time I had their wings I usually get pizza and breadsticks. I’m glad this is my hungry howies close by where I live.

Great little pizza place in Richmond and their food is always been good I’ve been going there for a long time. And their employees there are very friendly and nice. I have never had to wait over 15 minutes for a pizza or anything that I and it’s always good. I will continue to buy my pizzas and salads there. Keep up the good quality.

In the last few months tonight was the fourth time for a mess up. First time wrong toppings, second time forgetting a pizza on the order, third time another wrong topping and forth time my order wasn’t even put through to be made. I’m not one to right reviews. But this was needed. Coupons don’t fix mistakes. Not happy with my experience at this location.

I ordered pizza at 3:33 to be delivered at 5pm. At 5:15 I called to see where it was. They said it was on the rd and it will be to me soon. 5:36 I called and talked to manager, he said it will be to me any minute. 6:00 came around I called to cancel order. They told me that they do not deliver to my area. If you look back in the system they have came to my house multiple times. Very unhappy with this location. If you look at my reviews I have made over 100 5☆ reviews. This is my first 1 star. If they didn’t deliver to my area why was that not said at 3:33 when I placed my order?

Poor service, poor attitude. I don’t live in Richmond, my girlfriend and I came to celebrate her young cousins birthday. (Ordered 2 large pizzas, howie bread and a 2 liter) Rest assured though I will never order from this establishment again. It took over an hour an 10 minutes to arrive. As we had enough of waiting and trying to contact the store (no answer, some message) I was going to drive up or get food elsewhere… Driver pulls in.. I asked “what happened?” I check the pizza, it’s cold! He says “would be nice if you put the building number on there.” Firstly, I watched him pull in.. Our pizza didn’t get cold in that time. Rude, and unprofessional. Still took my money. What choice did I have? Not feed the kids waiting for food? As a consumer I’m absolutely disgusted. Isn’t there a expected standard temperature pizza should be delivered?
