On Friday ordered at 3:55. My pizza and bread sticks were not ready till 5:00pm. The parking lot is horrible. The guy at the counter was super nice and apologetic about the situation. (Normally when ordering on the app it is not this bad. I think they just had too many orders on a Friday after 4pm)

Fast and smoth for takeout. Ordered ahead of time for Hawaiian pizza $9 + tax! You can not beat that anywhere else. Dough is white, but everything else is coocked. I’m not sure if that’s the way it is. Open your pizza box first to see the dough in your liking. Other than that, kids love the pizza!

Second time I have had an issue with this little Caesars, last to me I let it slide because I did not want to rant about them messing up my order and making me wait 25 more minutes for them to make me a new order. But now I decided to order from the Tracy location again because I was intrigued with the perfect match promo that gives you a two topping thin crust pizza with a special pineapple Pepsi for 9.99. So of course the pizza was not done on time, was 15 minutes past promise time but I can deal with that. But now the problem that occured was the pineapple Pepsi deal witch they did not even give me the promo soda and I ask the counter and the gentleman tells me we do don’t have it , and then says nothing. So I ask what do I do about my sodas and just tells me to grab whatever soda. My problem is that Little Caesar’s keeps offering this promo and this location never seems to have the promos available and does not care to inform you that they do not have it. This Tracy location always seems to have bad service and nobody at the front to help customers, I would advise anyone who wants pizza to avoid this location, or take a drive to Patterson if you really want Little Caesar’s because they are way nicer and get your orders correct. Hope this review helps.

Ordered 2 pizza, 1 pepperoni + ingredients and the other vegetarian w Pinapple. They made both pepperoni based. Got home and found out they both were non veg pizzas, called the number and no one would answer. I had to drive back all the way and wait for them to redo and to top it off the veggies were seriously lacking on the pizza like 5 pieces of onions, 8 black olives slices, 5 mushroms and 1slice of round pinapple cut into 8 pices and thrown on the pizza. The person at the counter did not even care to feel or need to even ask to compensate for the fact that they made a mistake and would not answer calls. Lack of customer service.

The only re I give this a one star rating is because the women over the phone was ex rude to me, she was being smart! I have a Learning Disability and A.D.D and I was nice to her. I ordered on Door Dash. I didnt know how the darn custom sectn works! I tried understanding it! Im not just going to gp to her manager to complain about her smart attitude, but to Corporate as well! I already filed a one star rating to Door Dash and posted a complaint on there as well too!
