I have ordered from here for years, this is the first time that I had a big problem. I ordered a large cheeseburger sub with ketchup and mustard and a small BLT sub. She asked me if I wanted mayo, I said, “no, I’m going to use my own” when she repeated my order she said BLT with mayo and I said no, no mayo. She repeated my whole order again and it was correct. We had the delivery guy leave the subs, I open them up and my husband’s cheeseburger sub has mayo on it, he hates mayo and my BLT sub that I ordered without mayo had mayo! The slip said ketchup and mustard for the large cheeseburger and she never noted that I didn’t want mayo, so maybe since it wasn’t listed at all maybe it should not have been put on there. WHAT WAS SO DIFFICULT ABOUT MY ORDER FOR 2 SUBS?????

Food here is absolutely good! This is literally the only restaurant that does Cash-Delivery and is the best up-front service! The man on the phone absolutely handled us unlike other restaurants, and the delivery guy was absolutely generous! You should totally eat here, service is top notch, food is amazing, and the people are great! This is the definition of a Family Resturaunt, they treat customers as family! :))))

What happened to the thin crust pizza there? Ordered it asked well done and was given a rubber cheese dough sorta thing. Couldn’t be eaten. Last time I order. Even called to see if was a mistake and woman said they have been getting them that way?? Don’t even know what she means but nobody fixed my pizza. I think this is my first neg review ever!!
