First time ordering from Marco’s and it was such a breeze. I ordered online and picked it up within 20 minutes. All the food was made hot and fresh. Ordering online is user-friendly and you can customize your sauce (red or white sauce or half and half), crust (reg/thick/NY/thin) and swap out toppings for speciality pizzas at no additional cost. Make sure you don’t forget your free garlic butter or red sauce for dipping. I ordered 1 deluxe and 1 two-topping (meatball and salami). The pizzas were perfectly loaded. The buffalo wings were also phenomenal, especially with the jalapeno ranch. Will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered a pizza on 8/24/23 online I had the confirmation even the tracking. I go up there on the tracking it says the pizza was ready. I go in to receive my pizza and I wait and I wait I wait some more. Once somebody finally asked me about my pizza they in return say they never made it. It would be another 5 to 10 minutes as she turns around and makes the pizza herself to put it in the oven. I don’t know what kind of system they have but somebody really needs to look at this. When you order something online and it tells you that it’s ready it should be ready.

Some of the best chain pizza around watch them they always want to mark up prices. I order 2 medium pizzas with one topping each was quoted 6.99 per pizza when I went to pick up she had a price of 25.00 and change I had to remind her she quoted 6.99 the advertised price per pizza . Not the 1st time this has happened.

Pizza’s are Always fresh and delish! Great customer service, very friendly and helpful! I know we are in a small town but would be great if delivery was available until 12 midnight on Friday’s and Saturday’s. Only a suggestion.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza with double onions and double sauce on it, and olives. It did not come with extra sauce, the onions were sparse , but the worst thing is, they left off all the meat. When you have a really nice big pizza and it’s $41 before the coupon, they should try to get it right. I took it back and they offered to make it again, but I’m not giving them a second chance. At least they could’ve apologized, which they didn’t. It must be business as usual for them. Take my advice and go anywhere else. The Sun City Center Marcos is completely substandard.
