I ordered chicken straps. They didn’t look appetizing so I broke one apart. It was dry and like rubber. My biscuit was very dry and hard as well. I took it back and they cooked fresh ones but those came out the same way. I know that’s not what all KFC’s are like. I think it’s this store, not the chain. I’ll just have to go to a different store because I have a problem there every time.

The food was ok, the chicken was kind of over done or older but the fries and the fish were fresh and very good. The reason for the lower rating was that the place was not clean. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and disgusting. There was splatter all over the drink station and bar underneath it.

This review is for the KFC side. The chicken was so good. And that’s where it stops. My husband and I each got a box meal. Mine was supposed to be chicken strips, but the lady entered in the wrong meal. No problem, it costs the same. The sides were not that good. He asked for mashed potatoes with light gravy. The lady even told the person making our food that. He got extra gravy. My sides were fries and macaroni and cheese. The fries were definitely old. They were cold and kinda chewy. The macaroni and cheese was cold too. I would probably go back, but I think next time I’ll stick with the chicken only. It wasn’t too greasy and it was actually hot.

I love Kentucky fried Chicken and I love Long John silver’s. To find them together in one location is a dream. But the staff of this store leaves much to be desired. I was in there tonight and waited 20 minutes for my order and then it was wrong. The fish was super greasy. The chicken was super greasy. The hush puppies are different than other Long John silver’s but we’re delicious. Just watch to make sure the staff washes their hands and aren’t hanging out with their druggie buddies in the parking lot.

Long wait for inaccurate order and the quality was horrible. The inside of the restaurant smells like the sewer is backed up. The first time I went inside and smelled it. I just figured they had a temporary issue. I’ve now went inside 3 different times over a few months span and the smell is still horrible. The adult staff were worse than a bunch of kids, very unprofessional and irresponsible. They had no care that it took 3 different attempts to correct the order. The food quality was very poor. It will be a very long time before I return. The manager was taking up the whole counter at the register completing paper work. When every table in the restaurant was empty. Very unprofessional
