The reason, I’m giving little Caesars at Mini City on Capital Boulevard 5 stars is because customer service was great! All the staff welcomed all customers acted professionally. The store manager and staff greeted all the customers. I placed my order with the manager she listened verbally read it back acknowledge me that my order order will be coming up soon. I was completely comfortable waiting in the store. They had other customers that came in/out with no long wait. The food was great hot and fresh tasty.

Honestly little Caesar’s has never failed me but today they did so I ordered a stuffed crust in the inside it had no CHEESE and it was supposed to be one side vegetables and another cheese the person did it wrong they had it all vegetables

Came in 40 minutes till close yes I know its late but was a crazy day and had no choice. Tried to order and was just told nope . Pretty much had the choice of cheese or pepperoni ok I can do that so I ask for 2 pepperoni. 20 minutes later my names called and it’s 1 pizza I asked about the rest of the order and was told you only get 1 and we are closed now so good night. I am no one special but I spend a lot of money here and this was by far the WORST service I have ever had in my life. I was more of a problem then a customer. I know its hard to find good people but wow that was so bad it will be a store you tell at parties to have people go wow really.

I ordered a pizza from here and Shena the lady at the register was absolutely phenomenal. Kind and understanding. She even carried a pizza out to a car for a gentleman who was carrying a kid. Give that lady a raise because she is the only person I’ve ever seen do that from a Little Caesar’s!

The pizza was fine once we finally got it. People came in 5 minutes after us, placed their order, got their pizza and left before we got ours. Once we got the pizza the crazy bread hadn’t even been started. So much for hot and ready.

Sat in line 3 people that came in after me gotten there before I received my food !! The same mfn thing I ordered , This man don’t know what he doing and they also short of staff !! Don’t go here unless you have hella time on your hands to wait then I’m waiting for my food he goes to say “is trin here” like I’m the only person sitting in the chairs waiting for my food while there is 5 people in line . He also made me wait to take my order .

The customer service is terrible!! The so called manager that’s suppose to help the workers was yelling at all the customers. Waited 45 minutes for cheese bread and it wasn’t even made correctly! Then after finally getting the food, was told the sauce was another $1. Asked the manger if they could just include it since I’ve been waiting hour, all they said was there’s nothing they could do about the time that’s past! My family loves little Caesars and was really sad to see so many go, but I can honestly say my family and about 10 or more other customers will not be going back!!!
