I have to say…every time I have visited this location I have had a great experience. The food was good,the staff was nice and friendly and they got you served quickly. Of course this was also during the day. But I am giving all 1 stars because tonight when I went I got my food and went home. I made the mistake of thinking the order was wrong and called and went back. When I got there I realized after we looked at everything that it was made right. And I tried to apologize, but then the woman running drive through got annoyed and a serious attitude… And then proceeded to yell across the store at What was supposed to be her cook staff, and told them that they need to remake it because she touched it. Again I tried to apologize and she ignored me. Then I noticed and heard the staff in the back not only talking about me but cursing when they did it and I’ll be honest it REALLY wasn’t ok. So when the woman running drive-thru finally came back to the window I started to address the issue. That’s when not only were they cussing but cussing me in general and the woman running drive through who was supposed to be the manager just stood there. I don’t believe I’ll ever go back here again and I actually spend a lot of money there. I’ve never been more disrespected and flat out mad in my life. I really hope someone in corporate reads this.

Giving 1 star because I have to. I usually never post a bad review on any establishment. BK earned this one today. 1st they asked me to hold for a minute while I was trying to place an order. After 10 minutes I said excuse me. They finally took my order. Got around to pay finally and the guy acted as if he didn’t know why I was there. I asked him to confirm my order before paying. He reluctantly told me. It took me over 20 minutes to make it from the point of payment to get to pick up my food. Had to wait a long time. Nobody apologized in fact they acted as if I was bothering them. Rest assured I will not be back. Y’all need to do better seriously
