The cashier wouldn’t let me adjust or change my order BEFORE I had even paid. I had changed my mind about an item and asked that it be removed because I no longer wanted it. The cashier told me “we already started making it we can’t do that.” I said “I haven’t paid yet. I don’t want it. Please, take it off.” He said “no, we can’t do that.” In a spirited debate, he adamantly claimed “The customer is NOT always right.” I reassured him that I would not be paying for an item I do not want.

Unlike In frandor these guys have breakfast sandwiches, working ovens, quicker and shorter line. so I come here to get breakfast sandwiches and coffee, the staff is very friendly, I’ve not had an issue with them. They tend to run out of their donuts pretty fast and the one time they did have the one I wanted it(one left), it was stale so I didn’t get it.
