You guys really need to have a team meeting or something the manager was behind the counter taking their sweet time making the food didn’t seem in much of a hurry and they had a wrap around line around the building and a full lobby we sat and waited for like almost an hour while everyone who was AFTER us got their food I’ve worked in the fast food industry it does not take that long to make food and hand it out to customers this was the most UNACCEPTABLE experience I have ever had in my life for just 2 double cheese burgers and a single got a refund that was the only thing that was quick about this.

I mean it was typical DQ fare, my favorite is always the peanut buster parfait….. But unfortunately it took a really long time just to get to ice creams. If it weren’t Sunday and there were an ice cream shop other than them that I knew about over that way, I would have gone somewhere else.

Food is good. However, the quality of the malts has certainly decreased. While they didn’t before, they now have several clumps of malt powder in them, to the point you get at least a few every sip. Ruins the malts.

Love the Kendallville Dairy Queen! My kids and I go every Tuesday to get the Ice cream cakes, Dilly bars, Buster Bars, ect. Because there half off! But I went in today to get are usual cake and bars, After we got them we got hot food for my son. I went out to my car to put the ice cream cake, and bars into the car and wait to go inside to get the hot food. Then, one of the employees come out and gives it to us. Its not a hudge thing but it really made me a think how some employees go out of there way to help eachother out. I don’t know his name, but I’m just saying if you do give him the attention he deserves.

I will have to go to Albion if I want Dairy Queen from now on. Kendallville Dairy Queen does not seem to be holding it together very well. My sandwich was microwave so hot that my bun was wrinkly and I couldn’t even hold my sandwich in my hand let alone take a bite. My onion rings were old and cold. I won’t be back. I’ll drive the extra miles to Albion.
