My food was hot an delivered in a timely manor. But my food is wrong. The cheese pizza is fine. Cant mess that up I guess. But my deluxe was ordered with no onions. It came with onions, and I’m allergic to them.

We haven’t had problems in the past year and would order pizza 3 or 4 times a month, and would order from this location to get delivery service but, I don’t see us ordering from this store again. Our Honolulu Hawaiian was missing a topping and the the ham was piled together on 3 pieces and the pineapples were were piled on the opposite side on 4 pieces, it was prepared sloppily Then think about this our delivery driver delivered someone else’s order before ours, we watched the tracker is how we know this, we were charged a $4.99 delivery fee and so were the people who ordered before us. So that’s $9.98 on our orders then multiply that by how many orders they can deliver in a few hours. This stinks, the delivery fee should be divided between the orders to be delivered on the same run. I’m disappointed in you Dominos!

The employee was very nice and my order was ready on time. Got home , and again, I can’t find any sauce on the pizza. I asked for extra when I ordered online…… 3 years ago was the same way. Boo! $14.30 for a small pizza with basically not a trace of sauce on it.

Ordered a pizza they told me it was gonna be about 35 minutes when it got over an hour I called and they told me that my pizza had been delivered and when I said no it hasn’t been he continued to tell me that they delivered it and the person at the door told them they didn’t need a second pizza. When I continued to tell them we wanted our dinner and we don’t have it yet he told me he was gonna cancel my order 🙂 just go ahead and use Pizza Hut taste better anyways

Ugh. Barely any toppings. Got a large sausage, bacon and a cheese bread. No cheese in the bread, barely any on the pizza. Having managed a domino’s, I’m really disappointed. Won’t go back to this location

I’m pleased with the food and service of this Dominos location. It’s fresh, and always good. My order is placed online and always correct. A little high priced for pizza locally unless you order with a coupon or special, which you can find most of the time. Good iOS app, too.

Received wrong order and when I called about it they refused refund and replacement. This has happened several times from wrong orders to over cooked pizza and under cooked chicken. Why is this store in operation? What is the problem with getting my order correct? Is there an actual manager? I highly recommend going to Chickamauga store. Never have any problems there. Maybe a protest is in order. Horrible Horrible store.
