So so so delicious . We stopped here on the fly we’ve road past it so many times, so glad we stopped. Our first time in the staff are marvelous. They were very nice and patient they didn’t rush us to order and took time to explain to us what certain items were. We are definitely ok’ing back here. This fairly new Mediterranean fast food joint needs help. By help, I mean they need more customers so that they’ll stay open for a long, long time. All of the food was super fresh and delicious. The falafel sandwich was overflowing the pita and I had to get a fork, not going to let any of it go to waste!

Gyro, falafel, hummus… $16. The Gyro had fresh ingredients, familiar flavors, and the right amount of each. The falafel were rather green inside (veggies/herbs) with a kick (mild/moderately spicey)… sems something is missing, like the lentil or chickpea content. The hummus was bright / lemony and a good texture. Im glad I stopped in, I would probably go again.

I ordered a pita with falafel for take out. When I got home and was eating the pita, there was no falafel in it. The server was very nice in putting in all the condiments I asked for and I thought she put the falafel in also but there was none. That was the only reason I went there today. Very disappointed.

Once your latex gloves are on please–pretty please–don’t touch your hair and then touch my pita. If you hadn’t touched your hair then I could’ve eaten the pita. The location in Niles, Ohio, is much better. Should be the same, but you don’t get as much food in Hermitage and they aren’t taking cleanliness as seriously as they need to….

What can you say about a restaurant that should be in every city and town in America? Healthy and tasty food. Simple food. Great food. Typically good sized portions and a good selection of veggies and other items for customers, kids and adults alike. Sounds like I’m working for them, but no I don’t. I had to share my terrible experience with this place. I have never tried Garbanzo’s before. I went in to order and the girl told me that they were a new crew, which was ok. I was ordering a wrap. All the ingredients wasnt looking like it was going to fit and roll up in the wrap. So the male employee told the girl he has a better way it will roll up. He unrolls the wrap and proceeds to squish all my food with his hands, which was very unappealing and unprofessional. He was just leaning on the counter in the back using the same gloves he just squished my food with. I ended up not taking the food. Very Gross !!! I will not ever return there!!! Terribly Bad first and ever experience !!! And Unsanitary!!!
