I’m not sure if this is a Dutch Bros thing or if it’s the store in particular, but I don’t think I should have to order a drink with light ice for them to not fill my entire cup with ice. Ive worked in the food industry before and light ice is light ice. Which is a quarter of the cup. Regular is half of the cup and extra is the entire cup. When I went back to get it fixed they acted like I made the mistake by not ordering my drink with light ice. I shouldn’t have to order that way for them to not fill my entire cup up. The cashier said, don’t worry we don’t charge extra for light ice as the barista proceeded to fill the rest of it up with milk, after I told them I don’t like a lot of creamer and prefer the taste of coffee. You can see the difference in color in the photos. If this is protocol, that’s not okay and it makes the store look money hungry.

I’m a Dutch Bros. fan through & through. I just thought I’d share my photos of their cute signs at this location. Was there on a Sunday morning and got a medium Iced Cocomo made with coconut milk plus a granola bar. I always enjoy DB granola bars — they’re cool, tasty, chunky, and filling.

My coffee is usually good. The drve-thru person never asks what tip % we want to give and always pick the highest amount. I recommend doing the walk-up window if you don’t want to be ripped off.

First time visiting a Dutch Brothers. Couldn’t be happier. The barista that took my order was awesome. Let her know it was my first visit, and she set me up with an awesome recommendation. Would highly recommend this location and the brand to be frank. Starbuck and Dunkin aint got **** on Dutch Bros!

I discovered Dutch Bros 5 years ago,and o gotta say,I have not once ever experience nor encounter bad service. They speak to you as friends but staying professional at the same time. I’ve only been to 4 locations and they were/are great. Oh,and the drinks are great too!!!

I’m not gonna lie, I drive to this location in Lathrop almost every two or three weeks so I can come get my Dutch Bros fix! The staff at the Lathrop location is phenomenal. They’re conveniently located right off the I-5, and the customer service here is excellent. They got my orders right every time and the broistas ask me how I’m doing each and every time… that’s when you know it’s real. Would definitely recommend their secret menu honestly cuz they do the best job at it, but if you’re a first timer, definitely take a look at their menu to get familiar with it :))))
