Not recommended!! First time a couple weeks ago doors were locked before closing time for unknown reason. Second time… pizza and breadsticks were very doughy. Unbeatable! Will not be returning.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. The girl with the red thingys in her hair definitely need to go find another career. Literally ordered online and it said my food was ready. When I went to pick it up, the girl behind the counter said it wasn’t ready and then proceeded to ignore me and stand there with an attitude. I go out and come back in to wait and it took another employee from the back to ask what I’m waiting on. I said the same thing I said when I first came in and now all of a sudden she look more carefully in the pizza portal and my order there. This was AFTER she told me it wasn’t ready and that I would see my name. Didn’t even bother to ask nobody in the back. No names on the screen or nothing. I see why they always closed. Not worth your time unless you like hanging out in lil Cesars.

By far the worst service I have received in at least a year. I ordered online and my order was set to be ready around 8:15. I received the email that my food was in the pizza portal at 8:11. I arrived at 8:19. I asked the girl behind the counter multiple times to check on my food. She every time refused to speak to me other than to say if your names not on the screen it’s not ready. After 40 minutes of waiting and attempting to ask, I finally got to speak to someone else who found that my order had been waiting the whole time. No one cared about the wait. No one cared that my food had been sitting 40 minutes. Everyone had attitude that I was upset.

If I could give 0 stars I would very unprofessional and ghetto as hell no one wearing gloves everyone had an attitude waited in the front for 10 mins no one answered the phone after calling several times ! No one addressed any customers in the front and when I asked was there anyone in the front to help this little ghetto on chick with blonde hair with her shorts in her behind got an attitude so did the manager a girl came back from back and immediately started working didn’t wash her hands or anything they need new management it was horrible I didn’t even want to place my order anymore

I’ve always loved me some LC. I’ve traveled around the US and the taste of the fresh ingredients and always hot is something I can count on at every location. I use the app to skip the line so it’s ALWAYS fast service I got greeted when I came in the door even though it was packed. Made my way to the pick up station put in my code and retrieved my order was given napkins and left less than 5 min in store.

This was a horrible experience! I ordered online and waited over an hour for my food. While there I seen people come in from in the street in plain clothes with children walk in the back and get pizza and walk out. There were several workers standing around doing nothing. No one was wearing gloves or hair nets. Communication was trash! The attitudes were at an all time high! Asked for a manager then a girl appeared with pink hair very unprofessional. This location is trash! Everybody was high and unproductive!
