Very good sushi! We got here after searching for Sushi Avenue, but it brought us here and the name is Takano Sushi. The inside looks just like Sushi Avenue so I’m guessing the name changed. I have four stars as they need a bit of polishing in the service area. We had to wait a very long time for a ramen dish. We ended up asking for the check before we got it. They were apologetic. We would return.

Sweet little establishment is the heart of Snellville. Just 2 of the items are pictured here but they were so delicious. Items were well prepared, staff was pleasant and accommodating and everything appeared to be clean and nicely decorated.

The name has been changed, but same staff and owner. This spot is a small space, but best sushi around with an authentic atmosphere. Hamachi kama is amazing when it’s available. Staff is always friendly and professional. They go beyond for their customers. When I left last, I forgot my retainer. The waitress ran out and brought it to me. I was embarrassed, but thoroughly grateful. Truly this place is a treasure.

Fast service and excellent food! Discovered this place today and already trying to see when we can go back. We had the Stone Mountain roll, the spider roll, the volcano roll, and the tempure stuffed jalapenos. All of it tasted phenomenal!

Our Snellville Sushi Avenue pulled one over on me!! All this time I’ve worried they left us but I was wrong!!!! They simply changed their name to Takano and added Ramen noodles to their new menu. Same wonderful sushi chefs who make magic with sushi. Same shrimp tempura and soft shell crab. Same ginger dressing. Same sweet servers who know we want a medium Sapporo when they see us walk in the door. A couple of good, new sushi rolls have been added. Love this place.

We did not know Sushi Ave was under new management and name had changed to Takana Sushi. The menu and our server were the same; the service was excellent; and our sushi was also excellent. The prices seem to be a little higher but they have not updated their prices in a long time. We will definitely be back!
