Customer Service is terrible, all the teenagers working there clearly saw me in my car in the drive through line for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come up to my car keep in mind it’s 7 pm and not busy at all and not one person could come up to my car and ask for my name or why i was there or just a simple how can i help you is what they should be trained to do. I finally got down to get my mobile order after waiting for so long and they still made me wait 15 mins for my food inside.

I live that this location is much closer to me being on the other side of town. It is definitely not as busy. Everything has been great except one thing….the experience with the new “Mobile thru” option when ordering in the app. It was promoted to be able to not wait as long as the drive thru, but this is not my usual experience. I know they are still learning, but I wish they still had the option to do the drive thru in the app. AND they aren’t doing curbside at this location?

I called to order a tray for pickup, and I was told it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived 30 mins later. They left us waiting in line for 20 mins. Not sure if they forgot to do my tray or they need more people in the kitchen. But as my first experience in this location, it was not a very good impression.

Yay!! So glad this chickfila is open!! It was easy to get in and out of the lot/drive thru. There was no line when I went, super quick service, employees were nice and most importantly – the food was so hot and fresh!

OMG!!! I just witness a car accident in front of chik fil a and when I saw all the people come together ❤️ from everywhere, but when the staff from Chik fil a came out with drinks for the victims my heart went out.
