My Fife delivery is always hot and usually within the hour or less. I usually get the same driver. She’s very friendly and we chat a few seconds each time. Nice to know people will still take a couple seconds to be nice.

The young lady that hand delivered my pizza curbside yesterday was pleasant and attentive. This is the second time that I had visited this location in the last two weeks. Each time she told me that she apologized for the wait, even though the pizza was on time. She said that she was running the restaurant along.

0.7 miles away I ordered my pizza at 2:39 I got it at 3:54 pm cold pizza and cold mozzarella sticks I don’t know if your over loading your drivers on 2 many delivery’s but this should never happen not even a mile away management feel free to call me not happy at all cheese was hardened not soft or melty…

Cause I know of only two Pizza Hut locations that provide the best quality pizza and the best quality customer service in the Puget Sound area and the Fife location is one of them. Employee Bansom was kind , friendly, energetic and took pride in her work she reminded me about the good quality bacon it was on my pizza. Pizza Hut needs more employees like this she deserves a raise. Thank you five location keep up the good work.

They use Door Dash drivers to deliver their orders! This results in slow service, cold food, as in when the driver sometimes drops off the order at the door and don’t let you know it’s there. Also, Door Dash drivers are very picky about the size of tips they want. From the comments i have seen many of them post on Facebook, they want to know the tip amount BEFORE they go to pick up the order! And if the tip isn’t “big” enough, they’ll simply refuse to go after it. Meaning the customer’s food gets cold. I DON’T want people like that handling my food! I ALREADY had ONE food order get cold because of a Door Dasher, I don’t have a car, so, If it happens AGAIN, Pizza Hut loses a customer.
