Today we waited in line so long (40 minutes) that the car behind us over heated and one of the stupidest workers there opened the cap to the radiator while the car was over heated and it blew hot water everywhere and the car started smoking!!!! the lady at the drive thru was so distracted she kept handing us straws over and over. We only got 2 coffees and she would keep giving us 2 straws until we finally just left having about 8 straws handed to us when we left.

I’ve personally had no problems with this place until i did an online order. I ordered three separate donuts and only got two. Now I don’t think it’s that big of a deal since it’s the only thing missing, but I think they should make sure everything is in the bag like i ordered. It would be great to have gotten the donut considering I paid for it, but oh well. Not that big of a deal. I will just be making sure that I check that everything is in the bag before I leave this place again.
