I was really disappointed in the food and the atmosphere. The food was not what I remembered from years ago. The chicken was greasy, the biscuit was dry. About the only item that was okay was the drink. There was a young man in the restaurant that seemed to know the people who worked there. He talked very loudly with them about personal things and cussed constantly. Not very pleasant at all.

The service was good, BUT we didn’t get what we ordered. Ordered original chicken. Recieved crispy, ordered coleslaw did not get it. My friend got her chicken tenders, she wanted mashed with an extra side of slaw. She received French fries and no slaw. I guess unfortunately you have to hold the line up and check your order.

It’s pretty obvious this place is in need of a complete change of management and staff. The beauty of fast food is that if processes are followed, the food should be consistent from one place to the next, all over the country or the world. You know what you’re getting. And it’s pretty hard to mess up fried chicken the way KFC does it. Well, ours was over done. Perhaps it had been sitting. The biscuit smelled and tasted funny, (And we both had tummy aches later in the day) while the slaw was fine. Given the complete lack of discipline and attention to detail, I am not surprized the food was not up to snuff.

Chicken was phenomenal as always. Mashed potatoes tasted more instant than usual. Gravy was extremely thin, runny and didn’t taste good. Biscuits were good. Customer Service was ok. When we walked in, the ladies in the back were leaning on the food counters. No one looked busy. The front cashier wasn’t real cheery but nice enough. No one looked happy to be there. We dined in and our food was packed to go. All the dining room tables were dirty. It was a blah experience.

Upon entry, the register associate was very friendly and helpful with tips of how good the mini lemon bundt cakes are. It’s nice to have a little sweetness after meals. Good amount. Appreciated having friendly greetings are always an added touch in businesses. Have an awesome day with all of Kentucky Fried Chicken/ A&W employees. My wife and I decided to have pot pies, and since we know they take a while to cook we decided that I would order them before I left work. I placed the order easy on the app, paid, and arrived at the restaurant 35 minutes after I place the original order. After I waited in line at drive-thru for a couple of minutes, I was told it would be another 15 minutes before the pot pies were ready.

My wife treated me to KFC this evening, and boy was I disappointed. There was not a clean table in the whole place. I have never seen chicken so small. The cold slaw had flavor but was dry. I ordered a three-piece dark meal, with cold slaw and an extra biscuit. I got three very small pieces of chicken, two cold slaws and only one biscuit. The biscuits were not cooked completely, and not the same biscuits I have known KFC for. We drove across town to eat there, only to be disappointed and swore never visit KFC again.

The last time we came, the mashed potatoes looked like runny grits and tasted horrible. The gravy was stupid runny and the biscuits, rock hard. That was a few months ago.
