For a corner bar, it can’t be beat. I’ve been going to Scorchers for over 20 years, and always enjoyed it. Lots of selections, good food and drinks, and lots of fun.

I’ve been to Scorchers in Bedford where the Wings were always top notch and the Cobb Salad comes in a huge bowl that makes you feel unsure if you can finish. I was excited about visiting this one while in Lorain.

This location is the worst. I usually go to Bedford which is further for me but Decided to try this one since Its closer. I ordered 30 wings. The wing taste like the were cooked in Burnt oil. The lemon pepper wings were extremely salty, On top of being over cooked. The salad consist of lettuce cheese and tomato. When I called to let them know that my order was not what I expected the owner (Will C.) yelled the entire time couldn’t get a word in. I’ve never had a restaurant experience like this. Just sad.

Me and my queer friend come here often. We always feel safe when here. Will, the owner, is an amazing guy and keeps all the weirdos and belligerent out. The bartenders are all super friendly, and they even hosted my fiancé’s 30th, and had plates for us to bring cake, seats reserved, and all we did was call to see if we could bring cake! The are so sweet, and everyone here is chill. It’s a vibe.

They have the best burger in town! The atmosphere here is great. Just enough bar space, as well as pleany of sit down spots for dinners. The bartenders are all wonder and very friendly. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced. Very large selection of draft drinks. It’s the only place Ive been able to get a flight of different draft ciders! If Cheers was an actual bar in Ohio this would be it. 3 good pool tables, pleanty of tvs and touchtunes. It has become my favorite bar of all time. The owner Will runs a great place, and it’s reflected by it’s patrons, everyone there is friendly.
