Great Texas BBQ! We went to Breckenridge for our son’s bball tourney. In between games, we decided to eat out, found PitStop, and needless to say, for our 2 Day tourney, we ate there twice. Good prices, fair portion sizes, and Great tasting food. Good service capped off our experience and we would not hesitate to go there again!

Had the chopped Brisket Sandwich. It was served on dry, non buttered Hamburger Buns. The Buns did appear to be a little large for the portion of Dried Out Brisket being served. The steak cut fries were awesome! They had the right amount of seasoning with good overall taste and texture. I also added a pecan pie and potato salad. Nothing extraordinary, just your normal side and desert. The staff was friendly throughout my entire lunch break. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. I probably would come back again but I would try something different.

Wow! This place is the REAL DEAL! Chopped barbecue sandwich was AMAZING! The smell alone will have your mouth watering before you enter the front door. The service was Texas friendly and the food is hands down some of the best barbecue I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend stopping here. I travel for work and my friend and coworker turned me on to this place. Prices are very fair and it is a quaint small town atmosphere that felt like home!

Lucky enough to be passing through on their “Date Night” special night. 2 steaks, 2 potatoes, 2 sides and 2 salads for $28.99. Can’t beat a deal like that! Rolls were good with sweet, soft butter. Kid had a huge stuffed baked potato. Everyone was happy!

The food was decent, friendly service, & typical Texas BBQ Joint atmosphere. The reason for the 1 star was the deceptive pricing. They had 3 different plate lunches. price varied based on 1 meat, 2 meats, or 3 meats. There were a list of meats from which you could select. We ordered 2 sliced beef plates. Thought the bill seemed high. When I checked my receipt there was an extra charge. When I questioned the extra charge I was told they charged extra for sliced beef. Nowhere was it indicated sliced beef was extra, nor when the order 2as placed were we told of an up-charge. We won’t be back.
