Well, I ordered a thin crust pizza from Domino’s. It was not that great. It was like a thinly, smeared pizza sauce with freeze dried vegetables. Look, I am 53 years old . I have eaten pizza since I was a child. So, when I say it was not great, it was not great. In addition, I worked as the dough guy for Pizza Hut when I was in college. Honestly, the thin crust pizza at Pizza Hut was superior to Domino’s back then. Don’t know what the quality of the Pizza Hut thin crust is today, since I have not eaten one for a long time. But the Domino’s thin crust is definitely off the menu in the future. Overall, I am only speaking of my experience with the thin crust. I won’t slam them for all their pizzas, since I have not tried them all. But the thin crust definitely needs reworking.

Call center was not taking calls. The calls were going to the store and they were ignoring them. I was hung up on twice. Overall the worst customer service experience I have had. Domino’s just lost a customer but by their lack of problem solving ability I think they don’t care.

Go to another location. This place does not have their house in order nor do they care about their customers. I had an instance tonight where for mistakes none of my own this location refused to make and redeliver the correct pizza. They need to do better.

We opened up the pizza boxes when we got home only to see that we were given BURNT PIZZAS! Wow THANKS! When businesses should be appreciative of getting business, they thank us with BURNT food.

I decided to give a 5 star review because ya’ll have came along way with delivery and food quality. The first 3 months ordering I couldn’t stand it but ya’ll were the closest one to me. My food was always had poor quality after waiting 2+hours. I called and spoke to the manager he was really nice and understanding since that talk my food looks wayyyyy better taste better isn’t burnt with no cheese. I couldn’t believe I actually had a decent amount of cheese on my pizza lol thank ya’ll so much for everything please keep working hard to continue to keep services the way it is now 🙂 (I mixed my pizza in the box it was good)
