Placed an online order. ACCIDENTALLY clicked counter pickup. I was in the drive through they refused to walk 5 feet to grab the bag from the counter. Made me go inside. I asked them why and the guy said “oh bc it’s a counter pickup” doesn’t matter I’m picking up in drive through now. They are very rude. Managers and workers look absolutely obliterated on mars. Big Mac looks like it was made with their eyes closed. Do not go here.

This was the most disappointed I’ve ever been with a McDonald’s before. Two people in front of me in line and ordering was quick and easy. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed the drink station was an absolute mess: Lids, napkins, and straws everywhere…nobody had cleaned it in some time. I then noticed the trash cans inside and outside were both overflowing. I proceeded to wait for my food, the two people in front of me left, orders were being walked out the door to the drive-through customers. 12 minutes later I asked where my food was. They scrambled to get it together quick. Finally after 16 minutes I had my family’s food. Meanwhile this whole time the workers are just meandering around, not seeming to be in a rush. The worker preparing the bags of food to go was consistently on her cell phone. The restaurant itself had a more modern look then other McDonald’s I’ve been in. The bathrooms are clean. Plenty of seating and parking. Large play place and seating there as well but of course it’s closed. I don’t plan on visiting this McDonald’s again. The service and cleanliness was a disgrace.

Cannot believe the attitude I just received from the guy at the drive thru window!! Absolutely uncalled for!! You don’t hand you custom something that’s wrong, tell them it’s what they ordered and then when you say it’s not what you ordered they say to you “You can lose the attitude” I’m sorry you can maybe make what was ordered!! I’ll never return to this location!

Was given the wrong food item, twice. Staff was condescending. I had to explain that a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle does indeed come with cheese, which was missing the second time I had been given the incorrect item. Staff member went behind a wall with the food item, and the rest of the staff began laughing at something the staff member was doing behind the wall. I will never return. Prior to this event, I was a daily customer.
