Excellent service! We came to redeem our family’s coupons from the TCCL summer reading program, and they were very fast in getting our orders out! About 10 minutes for 6 coupon orders. Very friendly, professional staff, and delicious food!

Well…this was our first visit to Mazzio’s and it wasn’t great. We had no idea how to order or anything really. The girl who waited on us seemed like she was in a hurry to get the transaction over with as quick as possible. My family ordered two pizzas which were reasonably priced and tasted, ok I guess, my husband and son liked them ok. I opted to add the salad bar as I wasn’t in the mood for pizza but saw on the website they had a great salad bar. So I got my plate and went to the bar, it was pitful…dressings were completely empty, some veggies were as well. I didn’t see any cheese (which isn’t a huge deal but I was still disappointed) and the whole area looked like a tornado had hit it nothing looked fresh…it was just…not good. There were maybe a total of 6 or 7 customers in the restaurant so I don’t quite understand how they let things go so bad. I even overheard another patron remark about the salad bar as she as well was just eating from there, so it wasn’t just an unreasonable standard from only myself. We had Pizza delivered to job and although food was great, Delivery person was AWFUL AND RUDE. When he asked if i wanted receipt (boss ordered so i said yes of course) he threw the receipt at me ! in front of my coworker and we were shocked!! i would give zero stars if i could.

Whole restaurant was filthy. Must not have been cleaned in at least a week. Could not find a table or CHAIR without crumbs on it. Cooks were not wearing gloves while handling food. Cashier was eating something in the back with her fingers. Instead of washing her hands and greeting me. She decided to wipe her hands on her shirt and proceed to to greet me. Then had to wait an extra 10 minutes because they gave my order to a door dasher. During this time I inspected the dining room. IT IS NOT SANITARY. I will not be going back. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

I love me some Mazzio’s!! One of my favorite pizza spots in town, hands down. Their crust is good, their sauce is tasty, and their cheese is perfect too! Anything I’ve eaten here has been satisfying. The Calzones, the Pizza, the Dessert Pizzas…EVERYTHING! I really miss their Oreo Dessert Pizza too Wish they’d bring it back. But other than that this place is outstanding! Highly recommend you going to experience their pizza buffet too

Starting to feel a tad like a run down once great pizza shop. No one at the counter to take orders or give guidance on what to do. More concerned with the salad bar than guests trying to spend money. Crust tastes nothing like it used to. Cheep ingredients with a cheaper taste.

Chicken is tender, and tasty. Bit pricey on the personal 9 in pizza for 9 bucks service was friendly but nonexistent had to wait at the counter and make noise to get their attention several times
