7.30.23 We came to feed the elk and then eat some elk. It was great to see the fenced elk and they came over to munch on the grass, feed. The parking area was big, we got seated right away. We ordered the elk medallions and sample platter which had wings, nachos, etc and it was huge. We thought prices were great for the quantity of food. Our waitress was awesome and she even did separate bills for our party of 5. Great experience by all.

The Cow Palace is a true gem at Derby (Derby Line). Ordered a menu special of panko encrusted scallops with french fries. The meal hit the spot! The portions are very generous, prices are very reasonable, and the service was fantastic. You will be treated like a local and a member of the family. Don’t zip across the US/Canada border without stopping at Cow Palace.

Went out to Dinner for a special occasion. Not sure if this Restaurant is under New Ownership / Management? We were very disappointed as they do not offer any salad, dinner rolls OR vegetables with the meal!!! Main entree and baked potatoe, frys, or rice That’s All Folks. We miss the old salad bar but for $80.00 they should at minimum offer something in the vegetable food group. To make things worse we were charged a fee to use our debit card. Not Really Impressed

My son had the CP sampler as his dinner, well because he’s a 13 year old boy. I ordered the amazing seafood casserole. Oh my goodness! This was a great dish and had so much flavor. From the Newburg sauce on top to the sweet stuffing on the bottom, I will most definitely get this again. Service was great and they came and offered refills which lately it seems like some places are too busy to do. Overall great food and great service. We also went over to the elk afterwards and gave them a good pet. PS, they like apples.

Had high hopes. Staff very nice. Attentive, neat. Well versed on specials and pleasant. However… Women’s bathroom was dark. Light fixture was loaded with not sure what. Salt shaker on table was covered in spaghetti sauce maybe? Window dessert menu had remnants of past patrons food. Entry door was marked heavily with finger prints.

Awesome experience! Our waitress was so nice and she was friendly and took good care of us. Food was excellent! After eating we went and checked out the Bison and Elk. Them Bison are huge. We loved it!

Restaurant….? Had better. Animals outside….awsome! As far as rating the restaurant, I’ve only eaten there once. I had four people with me. They were also not very impressed soooo. I’ll let you decide. Still, very cool buffalo and elk outside.

This is a great restaurant! Excellent menu done correctly when ordered. Everything was very tasty. Very friendly and attentive staff. Plus the atmosphere was top notch! No TV or music smothering out the conversation. The interior is bright clean and roomy. Having stuffed animals and live elk on the property topped off the aura of a wonderful place to eat.
