My husband and I went there to eat. We drove an hour and a half to get there because he knows I really like their food. We both got lasagna and he ordered light sauce. When I got the food from the counter they’d put Alfredo sauce on it and when I said he had asked for light sauce she argued with me and would not fix it (they also upcharged us $1.99 for Alfredo sauce). She would not give me her name or get the manager and they were talking bad about us in the back and kept staring at us and giving us dirty looks while we were trying to eat. When my husband was able to get the manager to talk to us the manager said the reason the girl refused to fix it was because I was *apparently* being rude and she fully supported this girl/supported not fixing it. She also refused to give me any info on higher ups. There are multiple witnesses (and I’m sure if they pulled cameras they’d see) to the fact that I was not being rude to either one of them. When I asked my husband after we left if he thought I was being rude even he said that I wasn’t being rude, but he could tell I was upset because my face got red and I was teary eyed part of the way through this encounter. Normally I give customer service workers grace because I know that mistakes happen, but after my experience here I will NEVER go back.

I give it 3/5 stars. Fast and friendly service. The minestrone was more like vegetables dropped in marinara—too tomatoey. Would not re-order. I did the sampler, interesting mix of Alfredo plus Lasagna over spaghetti.

Got here at 1:52 in a great mood smiling and all. My order was taken by Brianna so call manager, she was very rude and unpleasant the time was 2 o’clock. She must’ve been in a hurry to get off work because I saw her leave so I guess I was inconveniencing her. The food was great and the restaurant was clean. I might give it one more try.

Other then the cashier the staff weren’t very pleasant to me. They added ham (cold cut) to my veggie Panizza, strange mix up. . My lasagna was under cooked and sweet! Speaking of sweets the chocolate chip cookies were pretty good, hints the one star.

The employees were very unprofessional, the service was slow. One of the employees had their children running around the lobby spilling things, being loud and disrupting the customers!!! Horrible experience and the portion sizes are very small for the price! 100 % do not recommend!!!!

Used their catering services for a party. Easy to order with all prices clearly listed online. The food was ready for pickup at the time agreed on. The food was delicious as always. Prices were reasonable (even during this time of restaurant prices going up!) This is actually the 2nd time we’ve ordered catering through Panino’s for a party and both times we’ve had great experiences. Highly recommended
