He provided my sisters and I the best customer service, he made sure we got our order right and for the first time in a while I felt like I got my moneys worth . Refused service at the drive thru. Employee said online orders only and they were out of food, except the fried chicken. This was before midnight and they closed at 2am. They would not warm up more of the already precooked meat. I think they were lying. The person who was taking orders was taking them from the parking lot on a smoke break, smh

We love two good cheese quesadillas with extra sauce. This place is such a joke. Admittedly, I am not 100% sure what I expected going to Taco Bell but it certainly wasn’t this kind of low quality garbage. I can reasonably accept that there is 0 nutritional quality in this but this is a seriously small cup of cheese with 1 dab of sauce, on only one of the quesadillas, for $9. Granted, if you’re coming to look at reviews on a Taco Bell, you’re probably not here to see the 5 star reviews.

Took 25mins to complete my order of 5meals. They messed up 4 of the meals….2 were made completely wrong and I was missing 3 tacos. I never received my text receipt from the kiosk. And they still managed to forget a drink. No they weren’t busy at all. The kid that helped me was amazing though.

04-19-23. Both Taco Bells in monroe were slow as hell. Wait 20 minutes at the one on the east side of town without the line moving. Finally pulled out and left. So did a lot of other people. The one on the west was only a little faster. But at least the line was moving some.
