This is our 2nd time at this restaurant during the past year. They maintained the same high quality of their food. We tried Basil Fried rice, Penang curry and Pad Thai this time. All the dishes are quite flavorful along with a nice atmosphere and prompt service. We will continue to come and recommend my friends and others to swing by for good quality Thai food. You won’t be disappointed.

Nothing but good! I ordered the Spicy Bambu Chicken lunch special. I asked for medium spicy and it tasted as I would’ve expected heat-wise – Great flavors! Ingredients were fresh, it was more than enough for one meal, and the little egg roll was good. All for less than $10 including tax. My first time here, but I’d definitely return.

Bambu Thai in Elmhurst is a very good Thai restaurant. The food is fresh and quite tasty! My favorite is their Basil Chicken and veggie spring rolls. The restaurant is clean, and the people are friendly! It truly does not matter if you dine-in, or carry-out. You will be pleased! I recommend Bambu Thai restaurant in Elmhurst to anyone who is looking for authentic Thai cuisine.

Great portions! I dined in, but I’m wondering if most people just take out. There is nobody here! The basil fried rice as excellent. I had tofu added and it was just okay. The veggie fried rolls are great too. Will be back.

Came in for a quick lunch, ordered the lunch specials $10+$1 Upcharge for beef. Meal was extremely salty and sweet. Beef pieces were terribly tough. Total bill was almost $20 after tip. Honestly I didn’t even care to check, because food was awful and I won’t be back. Shame, I thought it’d be a better experience with all these great reviews.
