Tristan clearly has poor work ethics of the quality of pizzas he makes for customers. He clearly does not care when a customer pays $20 for this cardboard pizza with lack of sauce at 12:00am. On top of that I paid for a delivery fee and a $6 tip, i tried to at least give a decent tip for the delivery but Instead I ended up driving to pick up the pizza because I get a call from Tristan saying there is a 4 hr delivery wait time. My total came out to close to $50 and this is the poor service and food I receive. Avoid this pizza nightmare and save your money.

Don’t even think about ordering car side delivery at this location. They turned off the 2 minute delivery guarantee timer at just 31 second, but no one ever brought the order out. I ended up having to go inside to get it. At that point I had to wait for the staff to stop chatting amongst themselves before someone asked me what I wanted. The attitudes were terrible. No one said sorry for not bringing the order out, or even thanks for the business. Their attitude was basically, “we don’t care”.

Worst customer service ever, took my money never received my food wouldn’t come to drive window to handle the matter,they used profanity towards my children and I, I video recorded & took pictures!!!! I would never go back to them and I’m still trying to get my money back…..they seemed very Prejudice

They have great pizza but the prices are higher now with inflation. I don’t buy pizza there as much as before the pandemic because I can’t afford to pay $33.00 for the 2 pizzas that used to be $18.00 3 years ago. I will get pizza once a month now instead of every week in the future. I still think they are the best pizzas in my area.

I ordered food, they were out of something, and instead of being able to credit my card then, I was told I would have to be charged again or I could get a credit. What made it worse… I was speaking with Michelle and she was rude and unprofessional. She told me she wasn’t doing what I needed and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back to speak with a manager. I asked for contact information for someone higher that could help and was told I could not get the information. I have been hung up on twice and spoken to like I was a child. Clearly these are children running this facility. We order at least once a week and that will stop. I have never been spoken to in a manner like I was tonight and I hope the franchisee sees these reviews. I would hate to know my money was going to pay for the kids to work here.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. We ordered two pizzas and one was correct, but the other had 0 pizza sauce. So we called and they were rude and wouldn’t fix the order. We called back and they refused to let us speak to a manager. Waste of time and money.

Ordered a pizza, Tracker says the pizza was delivered but I never received it. Called the store and Dawson informed me that my delivery drivers car had broken down and that I would be refunded my money as well as my piece of the pie rewards. I have not received either. When I called a second time he told me the pizza was delivered to my house which it never was…
