Ordered a club sub got home and only bacon a vegetables none of the other meats or cheese was on my sandwich. These sandwiches are not cheap and then to get ripped is unacceptable. I eat here 3 to 5 times a week and usually no major problems but to leave off 60% of the sandwich that’s a bit much . Will update how it is handled.

Stopped by after work and ordered a tuna sub. Got home to find a sub without out tuna. Hello. Then I called and asked them to fix the issue and they told me I’d have to come in myself to either get a new one or refund. I asked if they could just door dash me one and they said no- I suppose they haven’t been empowered to take care of the customer. They owner needs to release the chains to drive customer satisfaction- last time for that experience. Extremely poor customer experience.

Ordered a few Italian sandwiches to be delivered and the bag was completely open so anyone delivering the food could easily have access to my food. Also there were flies going into the bag. When food is being delivered it needs to have some type of closure on the bag so when received we know it has not been tampered with. Please pay more attention to this for safety reasons.

Turns out, the food being good isn’t enough to overtake horrible attitudes. There were 5 people behind the counter, and only one looked like they were working. Everyone in that place waited a half hour for their food, as did I. Then, mine was wrong. Then, it took another 10 minutes to get it corrected. Their attitudes? Headphones in the ears, purposefully squeezing the seconds out of every minute they lifted a finger. Absolutely disrespectful work ethic to the place they are working for.

Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve been here plenty of times before. Today, they messed up my order after substituting what I originally ordered online because although it shows online, it wasn’t available in the restaurant. I got home and couldn’t eat my sandwich so I had to make another trip up there because of how disgusting my sandwich was. The manager did bare minimum and didn’t even offer anything for my inconvenience and wasted time/gas coming back up for THEIR mistake. Acted like she could careless. Terrible customer service and will never come back to this location.

I went by on my way home to pick up a late dinner. I ordered 5 sandwiches and drinks. One of my sandwiches was left out of the bag entirely. And another was inedible because it was made wrong. The person I brought home to is severely allergic to tomatoes. Well as the picture shows it was to be only meat, cheese, and Mayo. But they put everything on there. It had to be thrown away. The store was contacted the next day and they did nothing to make it right.
