Every time I get Dunkin’ Donuts they do not put the lid on all the way and I have spilled my coffee several times. I told him every time to make sure that the lid is secured tightly and they did not do that.

Worst experience ever at a Dunkin Donuts. Mobile ordered a dozen donuts for my daughters birthday. Got home and they gave me the wrong flavor donuts. Called and they told me to drive back to get the right ones (30 min extra driving total). When I came back through the drive through they gave me the donuts they had wrong but no apology, no discount, nothing. I won’t be visiting this location again! Careless and horrible customer service!

Once again this place advertises that they are open, but when I pull into the drive through, they tell you they’re closed. It seems the employees like to leave 30+ minutes before the store closes. I’ve reached out to the owner on multiple occasions due to a mobile order I put in, and they tell me they’re closed and can’t give me a refund. The owner is nice and apologetic, but at some point you need to put your foot down and find a new crew. Or, change your hours to times you’re actually open.
