Lawrence Day
Had breakfast at Washington Family Restaurant. The food was pretty good and service was good but a bit slow for breakfast. We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs, as veggie scrambler with poached eggs, and a Swedish Pancake that was better than the rest of breakfast. Good solid food at a good price – but you might have to wait a few extra minutes for the food to arrive.

This is a great place to get some real food. While in the area we stopped in and ate here several times. The food is good quality, the service is great and the restaurant is clean and well kept. My kids and wife raved about any of the soups they got here. My patty melt was excellent, and their breakfast was good as well. If I ever am in the area again this place will probably get my business daily.

Not good food @ all. Like a typical diner that is on its last leg and has all frozen everything to cook for you. Not 1 thing was actually good just needed food from fair going on next door. Will not be coming back to this place. A sit down pizza hut is across the street and is great!!!!

Had a meat skillet with scrambled eggs. It was really good, had a lot of meat, mushrooms, green peppers and crispy hashbrowns. Excellent service despite being busy and short staffed. Will be visiting again.

Top of the menu says all egg orders, are served with hash browns, toast & butter and yet didn’t get any of it. I even had the waitress grab the menu and she still didn’t get it! Have always came here never had problems until today. Will not be coming back.
