Worst “Hot and Ready” I have ever went to. When I placed my order the guy got it wrong trying to chargee twice what I had ordered, the music they were listening to was not work place appropriate (language issues), and when I got back to my motel the order was wrong. Suppose to be a Pretzel crust got a plain peperoni. Cashier (female name) on the receipt was not the one that waited on me (teenage looking boy with dark hair)

First review I’ve ever posted on here but I think it’s well earned by the staff. Went online tonight & put an order in at exactly 7pm. My 2 pizzas (basic pretzel pizzas) weren’t even put in the oven until 732pm. I got them in hand about 7:59pm. The app told me they would be ready anywhere from 723-728pm. One hour is totally unacceptable. The guys working in there are seemingly alright dudes, they weren’t rude or anything. It’s just the service was entirely slow. I’m not sure if everyone’s new or having a bad day or what. Also, my teenager couldn’t even eat a piece on the way home bc they weren’t cut and he couldn’t get the piece out. I had to open both boxes and get out my pizza cutter to recut them all the way thru. I would’ve rather had a frozen jacks 3 dollar pizza. Also, very very salty!!!!!

I usually don’t review so negatively towards a place but this place is just so poorly ran, nothing is really ready even when it’s slow. They can’t even properly cut a pizza and you gotta rip it apart or wait til you get home to cut it. It’s just honestly a waste of time and money to go that place. The staff is just young kids who act like they truly don’t care to be there and it shows in their work. I recommend just going somewhere else for something quick. Like Zanzis in gallipolis.
