We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The best burgers you can eat, better than McDonald’s, Burger king, or Wendy’s. The place doesn’t look amazing, but the food is exquisite, it doesn’t have a big place to sit, and it’s outdoors, the employees are… okay? I can say that the are normal people having a little stressed day, thanks to the fact that their service is extremely good and fast, but it requires some of their mindfulness to do the job, but still they are good. This is a good place to be around if you are alone and hungry, or if are tired of cooking, and want a cheap way to give food to your family, this is the solution.

The manager appeared to be enthusiastic and had good customer service skills. My order was accurate and prepared quickly. The young lady who handed me my beverages and rang up my transaction unfortunately appeared to be full of teenage attitude. She did not smile or make eye contact.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but, this place was horrible. The greeter sounded like she had an attitude. Then had a another person take the order. Not only did I wait for a while, but they got my order wrong after they confirmed my order at the window. I will never go there again. The company should have a secret shopper come every now and then and retrain those in need. I use to work in retail and know the feeling of “not wanting to be there” at times but at the end of the day, it’s about providing excellent customer service. My bf asked why was I nice to them the whole time? I told him because that’s how people should be treated.

I can only speak to my experience here so, I walked in and say at the outdoor tables. The service was very timely inside. The worker had my food ready within maybe 30 seconds after the order. I got the chicken bite box which for 2 bucks chicken bites and fries is great. The only fetus I like our checkers.

The service was horrible! Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order through the drive-thru and there was nobody in front of me. Then they didn’t have the drink I wanted and the lady who took my order was snobby about it. So I changed my drink no big deal…then they didn’t have the Funnel Cake Fries..again no big deal but she was nasty in telling me they didn’t have those either. So we get to the window and she’s just standing there staring at her screen (again nobody was waiting) so she continues to walk back and forth past the window and not once opened it and told me she would be right with me or anything. A good 5 minutes went by and nobody ever came to collect my money or to tell me they would be right with me. I pulled off with no food and went to the new location in Pennsauken where they had everything I asked for and gave me great service! I will NEVER go back to the Mt. Ephraim checkers again! Oh and it was my first visit…first impressions matter!
