The food is not okay. Overall the quantity is less, they could probably add a little more and can give a drink when you order combo because it is kind of dry. I ordered a spicy chicken combo and it was not AT ALL spicy. The food wasn’t even hot when I received it. The soup didn’t have any flavour and was cold. The side vegetables didn’t have many vegetables and there was a lot of water with the veggies. I was disappointed and wouldn’t go again.

Should’ve read reviews before visiting. Lacking in taste, quality, quantity and customer service. “BBQ chicken” literally tastes like grilled chicken tossed in simple syrup. It’s sweet like dessert without the balancing spicy/sour/umami flavor and that’s not an exaggeration. Food alone would get this place at least a 2 but the bad service gets it a 1. Sorry guys.

I ate at the Master Wok. located in Quaker Bridge Mall. Taste was ok but vegetable rice was terrible. Later that night. I got cramps and diarrhea that progressed to all night and then diarrhea was mixed with dark blood. I had to be admitted to hospital because of blood and fluid loss. The report from stated possible GI issues from bad food that was eaten from Master Wok.

I just had lunch here with my coworkers. My coworker noticed a bug in her fried rice halfway through eating. We brought it up to the workers and they tried to tell us that it was from the oil. Not sure how a bug that clearly has legs and an antenna would be from the oil

Rude workers ! 2 Spanish women workers talking about other customers about the food they ask if they need to be in a diet ordering so much food talking to each other while serving me and 2 other customers what kind of service is that they ain’t friendly always with faces and rude the only reason we keep going cause the food is actually good but the service sucks big time ! I don’t know why they haven’t been fired cause I’m damn positive that I haven’t being the only 1 giving complaints about these women !

The staff is rude. I asked if they had any extra chicken broccoli because they were down the last pieces. Staff member said no and asked me if I still wanted that. When I said no, another staff member started laughing like it was a joke to serve what’s left. Training is needed. However, I do come here often to grab food.

The master wok at the Quaker bridge mall was so horrifically bad. They reuse the same oil for every item making the dishes taste raw. The service at the mall was also very poor as they made us come back for food three times.
