Honestly don’t know how this location has so many good reviews. The customer service I was met with was an absolute joke. I ordered at the drive thru and when i got to the window they gave me the wrong food. I pulled forward and checked my bag. I’m glad I did because it was someone else’s. Walked back and handed the food back and was asked to come inside to fix it. I went inside and was met by the female shift manager. Her customer service and communication with both customers and employees was absolutely terrible. Instead of remaking my food. She claimed I was visually upset and that “she was going to refund my money and call it a day and not deal with this” I’ve been coming to this location for years. Bye I will gladly go somewhere else.

I got mozzarella sticks that had water dripping out and the CB I Jen bite/ nuggets were like rubber and also had water dripping out if they gave me my money back I wouldn’t get nothing for there or if they offered to replace it I wouldn’t go

I ordered a chicken and cranberry sandwich and it waa terrible. The chicken was dry, there was no cranberry to be found, and there was a tomato on there that had definitely seen better days. Tried to eat it and got through a quarter of it before I gave up and tossed it. Usually have better service than this.

The new seasonal shake is very good, caramel,,Dont forget those coupons!! The best thing is being able to use coupons on up to 4,5 orders..Yay… So a $2/5 beef n cheddar, multiple people can use this coupon with you. Use the app too…But that “Arbys sauce”, If you know ,you know!!! Great service at Sandy Hallow location too.
