A small quaint restaurant with everything you would typically expect from a standard Mexican restaurant with the inclusions of some unique takes on enchiladas, burritos, ect. It made the experience excited to try. All the food was very much enjoyable

I came in hungry and enjoyed the Toluca meal. The plate was amazingly hot but not too much to eat. I never experienced a cold bite.

Hole-in-the-wall joint known for their tamales. Long time family owned business. Should be awesome. Absolutely wasn’t.

My first visit to this little gem; won’t be my last…Newer to BR and LA, and always excited to happen upon a great new to me spot… The Margarita was spot on. The flavor of the food, richness and spices, was top notch… Food was so fresh to my taste buds, didn’t taste like a quick microwave heat up. Service was fabulous. I say, GO TRY IT IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Do yourself a favor and head over to El Rio Grande for some delicious Mexican food! I typically go for lunch but have also gone for dinner. You will not be disappointed, the food is always on point. After years of driving by the place and never stopping, I finally stopped and ate and I’ve never looked back. Not only is the food great, but the service is top notch as well!

You’ll love the margarita…no need for happy hour, because all you need is ONE! Enchiladas Con Huevos is muy bien too!

Unique experience. Didnt expect much but got lots less than expected. Fajitas are not fajitas, its an $18.75 small, small plate with 1/8 onion, 1/8 red bell. (Or less) and some boiled chicken. Really, literally boiled not grilled.

The chimichanga was good! The beans were awful! They were a pile of cold dry mess! It actually looked like a pile of doggy doo! The rice was also a pile of cold dry mess. The ceiling over one section looks like it’s falling down with the insulation exposed. I didn’t feel that the place was very clean. I had been there once before and it was so so, but I don’t think that I will go back again.
