My wife and I went and had a good experience. I had the Catfish and she had Muscles. The catfish was good little on the greasy side. My wife loves clams, muscles, and oysters. She said she loved the muscles. They bring it to you in a bag and shake them up with the seasoning in the bag. It was the right amount of food for $15. We want to go again. If I had to critique it a bit, go a little less on the grease and have some non fried options on the menu. Other than those few things I give it a good recommendation!!!

The only reason I gave two is because she did try to fix it and the drinks were perfection. Everything I had was over cooked. I couldn’t eat my lobster because it was so tough. If I had the strength to take it back I would.

This place was amazing! Food was outstanding!!! The decor was awesome. I was kind of sceptical, but walked in the door & was pleasantly surprised. Our waitress was new, which she informed us & she ended up being just fine.

Wish I had taken pics of the food. It was a spontaneous decision to go there and I’m glad we did. The service was great and we were informed about all the different specials or changes from the menu. We got catfish, shrimp, hush puppies, Cajun fries/seasoned fries, it was all delicious. The aesthetic was so cool!

I had the fried shrimp basket ($12) & it was so good I’m still thinking about those big golden shrimp!! My husband had the Tuesday special boiled dinner with shrimp, crawfish, crab legs, potatoes & corn. ($28?) The food is good & draft beer is $1. Now the decor I found to be a little sketchy. We were there in March and they still had cheap Christmas balls & Christmas stockings on the walls & valentine heart clings on the windows. ( It was so distracting – it took all my constraint not to take that stuff down!) If those were removed, it would look about like long John silver’s on the inside – but still had the Ruby Tuesday sign out front – which is also a problem. I would say it’s not currently a place for date night or to have a family celebration – mostly due to the decor. It was not crowded at all – maybe 4 tables had customers in the whole place at lunch. ?? I think they need more lunch items on their menu to draw in the lunch crowd. They also need to know that a sit down seafood meal should come with a certain level of atmosphere – which is lacking here. Oh, I’d go back for those shrimp – but I won’t dress up for it.

Service was great, poor guy was by himself handling 5 tables. We didn’t get out drinks until after our food, ordered Cajun hot Tuesday special and it had no flavor. Drinks had A LOT of alcohol and sides were good. 4 of us each got a drink & 2 specials, 2 appetizers, a soup, and catfish was $163, which I think was a bit pricey. Will not be back, probably why no one was really there. Food had no flavor. They brought out a bucket with plates, utensils, bibs, etc..

We ordered crawfish, clams and sausage in a mild sauce and it was great. My husband and my son loves the calamari as it was light breaded and had some season on it. We will definitely comeback if we will pass by texarkana
