Very busy restaurant in a small steip mall located on Hwy 98 in Pensacola Fl. Wheelchair accessible parking/entrance. Long wait after order was placed. The wings were dry/overcooked, the chicken livers were undercooked and breading was soggy, the chili cheese fries had way to much chili and cheese ontop leaving the fries soggy. The chili tasted old and was cold, the ranch was really good. Over all the food was not that great and over priced.

Horrible environment, horrible service, and food tasted awful. The employees were not using any sanitary precautions either. It was like a playground in the kitchen and at the register. Employees cussing and talking about things with my 7 year old there that were far from appropriate. We will never go back.

I’m here visiting family and wanted some wings, i should have gotten mcdonald’s right next door. Rude over the phone when placing my order, got there when they said it would be ready and they had just put it in the fryer, comes our soggy and they don’t even season the fries, just toss them into the box. The medium sauce is disgusting and sour, the wings are bland and taste like old oil. Staff was rude and impatient, and they had all the lights off in the restaurant except for one in the kitchen. Go to mcdonald’s instead if you want edible food, i managed to eat 4 wings after seasoning them myself before i had to quit. Maybe it was an off day, but i don’t think it’s worth the risk.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries today that we phoned in. Arrived 20 minutes later to pickup and the guy behind the counter was sitting there staring at his phone while someone’s order was sitting in the window. He put down his phone and handled the food without washing his hands. Finally he asks me if I had an order called in. My order was the only one hanging on the board not started. I know there young people doing these jobs but they weren’t trying at all. Will not try again. Had issues previously. Done with them!!!!

Always great wings & they are very accommodating to the specifics of my order. They are usually very quick & make sides to order when you arrive to pick up. Our last visit we were told 15 minutes for our pick up order & we ended up waiting 40 minutes, so that was a little frustrating. But the food was still hot & fresh.

Spent $43 on an order, Large Cobb Salad and 20piece wings. Got the order home and no salad. Called and was told I had to come back and grab my salad. It was late I was tired I told them no just refund the money on my card and was told they could not do that and they would give me cash the next day. I go to grab my refund and they want to tell me protocol is to put back on my card. I told them it’s funny how protocol keeps changing. I finally get $10 back. So you’re telling me my 20 piece wing was $33? What a rip off. Never again!

Had the wings twice in the last 2 weeks. Had hot buffalo and suicidal buffalo. Very good both times. The right amount of heat without killing your taste. Good meat on the wings, perfectly done. Will definitely be coming back again. If you enjoy hot wings give this place a shot!
