No one speaks English. They gave me the wrong order. When I went back to get the correct order, the person sweeping the floor fixed my oder without washing her hands. I asked for a refund in cash ( because I didn’t trust them)and the cashier and manager seemed upset.

First of all, before I start my review let me say that none of those idiots speak English. Not even the freaking “Manager” my husband and I ordered a meal there, and after we already paid for it one of the idiots told us that they didn’t have any mild chicken. Only spicy! What the heck! Then she said it’ll take 20min before they have some, so we canceled our order, and got our money back. Her name is Sophia. She didn’t put our money back in our card. She gave us cash, and she didn’t even give us our card back. All the “workers” (children) we’re laughing at us, and given us mean looks. Before we drove away we heard Sophia ask the person behind us if they want mild or spicy chicken when she knew they didn’t have any. It happen twice with us. Not going back!! I want all of them fired, and I want them back to Mexico, if they can’t speak English here , then they need to learn or go back to Mexico. NOW!

After an exhausting vacation, we were desperate for food that didn’t involve getting 2 crabby toddlers out of the car. Popeyes to the rescue. Got 4 meals and an order of biscuits and absolutely every bite of each of the meals was piping hot and fresh. Delicious!!!

The problem with this place is mainly with the employees, you’re always on another matter, they deliver the wrong orders, the chicken is cold, they don’t double check, they don’t speak English well and they think they’re an English teacher, with the different sauces they’re hungry.

Placed an online order through the website. Arrived 5mins after the scheduled pickup time to ensure I wouldn’t have to wait for it. Ignored for a good 5mins even though there was not a single person in line. Finally a girl comes over to the counter to take my order, and she is visibly unhappy about having to do her job. Tell her my name and order number for the web order. She proceeds to relay the order to the back so they can start it. I asked if the order was just being started and she gave me a disdainful “yes”. I asked her how long it would be and she just stared through me.

Food was ready. Service was excellent. Food was great! This place has even gotten better than the last time. I asked for my order to be modified since I don’t drink sodas. It wasn’t a problem and they had it done fast. The line in the drive thru was long but it was moving fast and I had gone inside to special order. Food is always dramatically worse than most Popeyes, I don’t know how. The chicken is always tiny strips caked in layers of batter. Almost all pieces are over 50% batter, and somehow it still doesn’t even taste spicy. The chicken is for sure either frozen or refried over multiple days. Have never had a meal here that wasn’t disappointing (and I’ve gone over 10 times because of convenient location but I will not go again).
