I have lived in the Walla Walla valley for the last 12 years and this is the best meal I’ve ever had here. I cannot believe it took me 10 months to get out to Waitsburg, I will now be coming all the time! Every single dish (and we ordered almost everything on the menu) was excellent. Our bartender was wonderful. The chef even came out and chatted with us…the ambience… the food…amazing. Oh did I mention literally the best focaccia I’ve ever tasted in my entire life he should just sell pans of it out the back door. He’d have a waiting list. A must visit for a locals and tourists alike!

Food was delicious, our server Henry was extremely nice and the atmosphere has a quirky fun vibe. We ordered two different pasta dishes and both were outstanding! Don’t let the 30 minute drive from Walla Walla deter you from coming as the drive was gorgeous.

Firstly a disclaimer * we have not been to their physical location, my experience was Bar.bacetto’s pizza pop up at Ak’s Mercado in Walla Walla. That being said Bar.bacetto blew me away with flavors so rich and plentiful put me out with a food coma That being said I cannot WAIT to go see them at their Brick & Mortar in Waitsburg excited to see what kind of flavor profiles you guys have up your sleeves. They have an excellent menu that rotates weekly. The space is beautiful and the owners are incredibly welcoming. I would recommend making a reservation through number listed on Google as seating is limited. I’ll definitely be going again!

Incredible! The focaccia, the chicory salad, and my tagliatelle pasta were out of this world. If you’re in Walla Walla, don’t hesitate to make your reservation and go… and for Portland and Seattle folks, Bar Bacetto alone is worth the trip, so come down to the Milton-Freewater/Walla Walla area and have some great wine and incredible pasta.

We loved Il Corvo and Il Nido and so on a sunny day made the drive out to check Bar Bacetto out. I’ve heard nothing other than good things, but unfortunately I’ll have to wait to corroborate them as the restaurant was closed when we arrived. We tried to make reservations but never heard back and figured we’d roll the dice as a walk-in. This was a mistake as they weren’t open at all the Saturday we arrived. There wasn’t any indication on Google Maps nor Instagram that they weren’t going to be open and despite some reviews on here saying they’re walk-in friendly, I would go here with the expectations that reservations are absolutely required. Regardless what the hours say, if you don’t have reservations, you may walk up to a completely vacant restaurant. We’ll plan further ahead next time, but wanted to warn anyone against planning a spontaneous visit here if you’re not local.
